General Terms

Lyon K9 Training will endeavour to create as safe an environment as possible for the training and care of the dog(s) identified above (the “Dog”).

The Owner accepts that should they fail to disclose any previous aggression, bite history or dangerous behaviour problems which manifest during the dog's stay with us, this will result in you being asked to collect your dog immediately. No refund and no further training will be provided.

The Owner agrees, however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviours and that Lyon K9 Training will not be liable for the actions of the Dog that are outside of the control of Lyon K9 Training.

The Owner agrees that the recommendation by Lyon K9 Training of any product or service is not a guarantee of performance or Owner’s satisfaction with that product or service.

Owner acknowledges that Lyon K9 Training has no control over the Dog when the Dog is not in the exclusive custody, care and control of Lyon K9 Training.

I understand that from this day onwards, I shall irrevocably indemnify and hold harmless Lyon K9 Training and its officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against all claims, damages, costs and liabilities in respect of any loss, damage or personal injury sustained by me or any third party which is directly or indirectly caused by the Dog when the Dog is not the sole custody, care and control of Lyon K9 Training.

Training Refund Policy

Residential Training

The total Board & Train fee includes a non-refundable £300. The remainder of the Board & Train fee is 100 percent refundable up until 30 days prior to your dog’s scheduled drop-off date.

If you cancel your Board & Train program between 15-30 days prior to the drop-off, 50 percent of the remaining fee becomes refundable. If you cancel within 14 days prior to the scheduled drop-off date, no refunds will be given.

IMPORTANT

All Board and Train dogs must be picked up & dropped off by the owner.

Individual Training Programs

The total fee for an Individual Training Program includes a non-refundable £100.

The remainder of the Individual Training Program fee is 100 percent refundable up until 14 days prior to your dog’s first appointment.

If you cancel your Individual Training program between 7-13 days prior to the first appointment, 50 percent of the remaining fee becomes refundable.

If you cancel within 7 days prior to the first appointment date or after the first appointment, no refunds will be given.

Cancellations of individual lessons with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

All Individual lessons must be booked within 8 weeks of the first lesson.

Photo/Video Release (All Clients)

I hereby assign and grant to Lyon K9 Training the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of me and/or my dog(s) at any time during the training and/or boarding of my dog(s) by Lyon K9 Training, and I hereby release Lyon K9 Training from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication.

I hereby authorise the reproduction, sale, distribution, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, and/or electronic storage of any and all such photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) without limitation at the discretion of Lyon K9 Training and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing.
