1-2-1 Private Training

About our Private Training Programmes

We offer private lessons on a 1-2-1 basis which will normally be held at a private secure field unless the dog’s behaviour dictates otherwise.

1-2-1 lessons will take place Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm (earlier close in winter)

Our private lessons are aimed at resolving a variety of issues that you may be having to deal with. Examples such as:-

 

  • Pulling on the lead
  • No sit
  • No down
  • No recall
  • Dog reactivity
  • No attention/focus
  • Jumping up/excitement
  • Lunging

1-2-1 Courses

This course will commence with a 2 hour training session where we will spend time with you to establish what areas need to be worked on in order that a specific training plan can be established.

During this training time we will be with you all the way dealing with the issues you have and there will be changes in your dogs behaviour by the end of the session.

Thereafter, there will be three follow up lessons, where once again you will have our undivided attention and guidance.

After each lesson you will be given training advice and a plan for you and your family to follow. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is that consistency and repetition are the key features of training.

Price £400 (5 hours training to be used within an 8 week period)

We offer additional refresher 1-2-1 sessions after this course priced at £80 per hour should they be needed.

1-2-1 Private Session

We will spend time with you to establish what areas need to be worked on in order that a specific training plan can be established.

Obviously, an hour is very limited to give you the full picture and advice that you may require. Rome was not built in a day! We are happy to provide this service but a one hour lesson may really not be sufficient, so may be our 1-2-1 course may be more beneficial to you.

After the lesson you will be given training advice and a plan for you and your family to follow. It cannot be stressed enough how important it is that consistency and repetition are the key features of training.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Vaccinations

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and proof of vaccinations will be required

Drop Off / Pick Up

Dogs must be delivered and collected by their owners

Payment

Upon confirmation of your residential training place you will receive an invoice from Lyon K9 for the payment of the total residential training fee.

* Full payment must be made in order to secure your dog’s place on the residential training program.
